| Situated in an area destined to become the heart of the European Union, the
capabilities of the Grunau Hotel and its employees make it the ideal location for business
events like conventions, meetings
and trainings.
Our variable conference rooms enable events for up to 30, 70 or 100
persons with chairs and desks, or for up to 180 persons with chairs only.

Telephone and ISDN lines are available as well as internet access, flip
charts and meeting facilities. Catering and other technical equipment
(projectors, VCRs etc.) are available on request.
Sound-proof foldable walls allow for the following room variations:
- Three separate rooms of altogether about 150 m².
- One room of 130 m² plus a second one of about 64 m².
- A single large room of about 200 m².
For any variation, there is an additional room for the meeting office
and an additional reception room (about 60 m²) available.
Of course, for smaller groups we also offer suitable meeting rooms with
pleasant furnishing and all technical features.
